I have missed being this sore.
Today I went swimming for the first time in a long time (over a year) and I have missed it so much. I don’t really do any other sport and running is a chore. When I swim, it is smooth and without effort and I can just be in the moment and think. Running just makes me frustrated and feel like crap the next day.

My day actually began at 1:30 in the morning while I was cramming for a Anatomy and Physiology test that I had just found out about on Monday.
